Track & trace always included, so you can follow your piece every step of the way!
If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
We offer worldwide shipping. Wherever you are, we’ll do our best to get your Bonnie Studios piece to you.
At Bonnie Studios we strive to make our customers happy.
You can return your order up to 14 days after receipt. If you use the right of withdrawal, the item must be returned in its original condition, i.e. unworn with packaging and packing slip. Please note: for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Items that are custom-made (e.g., adjusted in length or specially modified upon request) cannot be exchanged or returned.
Please note: Promotions such as Buy 2, Get 3 can be exchanged, as long as the items are returned in their original condition.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned if they have been worn.
Yes, you can change your shipping address as long as you have not yet received a notification that your order has been shipped.

Coral
The coral we use is deep-water coral. These coral communities differ from the well-known coral reefs. Deep-water coral is therefore not harmful to nature and sustainable. When the coral is harvested from the sea, it is initially white in color. We paint the coral in the most beautiful colors, so that it can ultimately be used for our unique goodies.
Pearls
Our pearls are cultured inside oysters, which makes each pearl unique. The difference in price of the pearls is due to the length of the breeding process. Smaller pearls require a shorter breeding period. For example, a baroque pearl has a duration of 3 to 4 years. Our pearls are also vegan, making them a perfect fit for our goodies.
Our Bonnie bags are made of eco- cotton linnen. Organic cotton is an eco-friendly fabric that's grown without using harmful pesticides, herbicides or chemical fertilizers. It's better for both you and the environment. Not only that, natural organic cotton is also highly absorbent, making it great at regulating moisture and heat.
Yes, every Bonnie piece is carefully crafted by our specialized production team.
Depending on the design, pieces are either fully handmade or produced in small batches with a strong focus on craftsmanship and detail. We work closely with skilled makers and trusted production partners to ensure each piece meets our quality standards.
Because we prioritise thoughtful construction over mass production, slight variations may occur, these are part of what make your piece unique.
